Swiss wine? A true delight! Full-bodied reds or light whites, there’s something for everyone. I have a soft spot for the young winemakers and passionate women who pamper their vines while respecting nature. I think they deserve a lot more limelight.

 

The art of food and wine pairing is a whole world waiting to be discovered, and Swiss wines offer us a rich and varied palette for this gustatory journey.
